The text for this prayer was written more then 400 years ago, by Rabbi Moshe Aben Maimon. an outstanding human being, a physician, a scientist, a poet a philosopher and a devoted Jew.  On top the quote says "strengthen my body and soul"  as a healer. on the bottom it say "for it shall be a tree of life to those who holds it"a quotation from Proverbs. All flowers are wild flowers that grow in Israel. has been used in Biblical times, and are still being used by people of the region and by modern medicine.
