  On the bottom part of the ketubah is the quote from  Song of Songs 2:14,  "My beauty, hiding in the rocks, show me you face, let me hear your voice"  -  the symbols of which are found in the bottom illustration. 

On top: are the quotes:

             " and i will betroth thee unto me forever" Hoshea 2 - 21'.

             " we shall hear in the streets of Jerusalem. the voice of gladness, and the voice of joy. the voice of bridegroom, and the voice of bride"  Jeremiah 23 - 10' 11'.

This ketubah was strongly influenced by Persian art and Persian rugs, for which I have great love.
